Portland loves its farmers’ markets. We value them for bringing us delicious, nutritious, locally grown food and for supporting farming and food production in Oregon. We enjoy them for giving us a place to get together with friends and neighbors. We love our markets so much that the City Council has proclaimed June to be Farmers Market Month in Portland. What a great month for the Montavilla Farmers Market to open up for our fifth season!
