Yes We Can!
This is my favorite time of year, for many reasons. The days are warm and long, but the nights are getting cooler. There’s a change in the air, I can feel it. Summer is here, but not for long.
But I’m determined to make summer last forever. My garden is bursting with produce (SO MANY ZUCCHINI!), and thus it is time to preserve the spoils of summer. It’s time to get canning!
So, I put together a big ole list of canning recipes and resources. I scoured my favorite blogs and sites, and came up with a list of a few of my favorites. Some of the recipes I’ve tried, and others are ones I’m hoping to make in the very near future. (Bourbon pickled peaches? Yes, please.)
If you have any canning/preserving recipes that you love, please feel free to share them in the comments and we’ll add them to the list!
(Note: The awesome ‘Yes We Can’ Tee pictured at the top of this post is available for purchase from Black Sheep Heap Etsy Shop.)
